Kelmarin meeting pasal 2010 Q1 achievement and result.

Just nak share sket ngan korang... our current world statistik.

Dengarnya sekarang ni dah makin susah nak dapat tenaga kerja sebagai operator oleh syarikat2 berstatus MNC.. orang dah semakin bijak pandai. Nak cari lulusan SPM je pun dah susah... kerajaan pulak banyak menganjurkan skim-skim latihan untuk membantu pengganggur-penganggur terhormat negara.. siap dengan elaun lagi RM 500 sebulan. Jadi jika ada skim-skim begini dengan elaun dah sama level (lebih kurang) dengan basic gaji operator agak-agak mana pilihan mereka..? Dah tentu lah skim latihan. 'Gaji' dapat... skill dan ilmu bertambah. Koleksi sijil pun bertambah.. dapat jugak nak demand kerja yang lebih baik kan!

Nak ambil pekerja asing pun ada juga masalah lain. Masalah sosial.. masalah penyakit berjangkit yang mungkin terbawa sekali. Bukanlah nak kata dalam negara ni tak ada penyakit tapi dengan sistem kesihatan yang lebih mantap hari ni dengan pelbagai jadual pelalian untuk rakyat negara ni sejak dari kecil sekurang-kurangnya negara sekarang ni berada di satu tahap kesihatan yang lebih baik. Makanya kita bimbang jika 'protection shield' tu terjejas dengan kebanjiran pendatang asing yang tidak di ketahui status dan sejarah kesihatan mereka walaupun 'lulus' pemeriksaan kesihatan adalah salah satu syarat wajib untuk mendapatkan kelulusan Visa untuk bekerja. Itu jika yang datang dari saluran yang betull.. jika tidak..?
